Inductive Automation is well known for its Ignition software platform that can be used for HMI and SCADA applications, as well as alarming, reporting and even enterprise industrial Internet of Things connections for analytics. Existing partner agreements with Sepasoft and 4IR have brought manufacturing execution system software and managed infrastructure capabilities, respectively, to Ignition users as well.
The company is now extending the reach of its partner program with the launch of its Alliance Partner Program, which allows technology providers to showcase and co-market their offerings that add functionality to the Ignition industrial application platform.
The initial partner companies in this program are:
• Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides advanced cloud computing technologies such as machine learning, IoT, robotics and analytics.
• Belden offers networking, security and connectivity technologies, with a specialization in I/O and edge devices for creating efficient automation workflows.
• Plantformance has a subscription-based automation supervision platform that protects an organization’s information while improving operational efficiency.
• Stratus delivers protected, autonomous edge computing platforms for OT (operations technology) and IT (information technology) teams to run mission-critical applications without downtime or data loss to turn edge data into actionable insights.
This new Alliance Partner Program is Inductive Automation’s latest partner program. The company’s Strategic Partner Program, which includes Cirrus Link Solutions, features third-party software providers that create modules in their area of expertise and sell them directly through Inductive Automation. The Solution Partner Program highlights hardware, software and service providers who offer technologies powered by Ignition.
