Eco-friendly Sensors Perform

April 1, 2011
The ICB Series is a new generation of eco-friendly Inductive Proximity Sensors.

The sensors feature a high-performance potting material that is made from recycled corn by-product, which provides high resistance to mechanical stress, thus offering increased reliability, improved stability and a longer sensor lifetime. Another new feature is the air-core sensing coil, which has a higher immunity to magnetic fields, and also withstands higher vibration levels and impacts than traditional crack-susceptible ferrite coils. The ICB Series is available in standard and double-distance sensing ranges. The nickel-brass housings are available in long and short barrel lengths. The three-wire sensors are available in normally opened or closed NPN or PNP outputs.
