The Lexium 23 Plus servo drives and the BCH servo motors are designed to provide OEMs, panel builders, and end users an economical and easy-to-apply servo solution.
The servo system is aimed at users looking to retrofit existing servo systems or for new machine designs where there is the need to minimize investment in application development. The mechanical dimensions, electrical configuration, and programming of the system make it easy to install, and it comes with user-friendly commissioning software. Power ranges from 100 W to 7.5 kW, and motors are available in a wide range of motor inertia and torque ratings to support a variety of applications, including packaging, textile, material working, material handling, printing and labeling. Other features include easy integration with the company's PLCs and motion controllers via CANopen and CANMotion Machine Bus, additional control interface capability via pulse & direction or ±10 volts , auto tuning function to reduce commissioning time accessible via integral keypad and display, and UL, CE and RoHS compliance.
