The OVM Pro 3D uses advanced 3D modeling and simulation to streamline the online robotic system design process. The application offers integration of Piab’s extensive range of vacuum ejector pumps, suction cups, grippers, fittings and accessories. Guidance is provided throughout the design process. A lifting force graph displays total horizontal and vertical forces throughout the entire cycle with separate performance data for suction cups. The application also visualizes compressor power use and estimated daily compressor electricity power consumption. One of the most notable functions is the application for corrugated cardboard. This feature includes a step-by-step wizard to define the cardboard used in the corrugated carton box.
