The new ODT3CL1-2M laser diffuse sensor extends the range of the 3C series distance sensors from Leuze. Time-of-flight technology allows the switching and measuring sensor with background suppression to work with an operating range of up to two meters. As a 2-in-1 solution, the ODT3CL1-2M has two independent switching points, and can perform detection and measurement tasks at the same time. IO-Link can be used to transmit measurement values and process data of the sensor to the machine control. It also makes device swap-out easy. The ODT3CL1-2M laser diffuse sensor is IP69-rated and compact for use in tight spaces.
