The CNC Total Care Package Service helps maintain Mitsubishi’s M800 Series, but it also supports CNC products including the M600 Series.
The package provides maintenance by combining three existing services: CloudCNC backup, machine tuning, and preventive maintenance. Combined, they lead to increased efficiency and accuracy, and the overall reduction of machine downtime. While the package is customized to meet each user’s machine needs, specific services performed during maintenance visits include machine inspection, including incoming power, power supplies, control contamination, cables, interlocks, ground, and emergency stop operations; replacement of control, servo, and spindle drive fans, as well as batteries (if applicable); verifying program and parameter uploading/downloading communications; and a full comprehensive CloudCNC backup of the machine’s parameters, ladders, and data.
