The Ignition OEE Downtime Module performs OEE calculations, downtime tracking, asset utilization analysis, production scheduling and work order management.
The OEE software is Web-based, which allows for fast implementation, and the ability for users to access the Module from anywhere on the company’s network via a computer or mobile device. The software’s pre-built screens and standardized efficiency calculations cut development costs. Included screens, reports and analysis tools can be modified or created from scratch to meet a user’s requirements. An unlimited licensing model enables users to pay one price and use the software as much as needed. A trial version of the Ignition OEE Downtime Module that includes a working demo can be downloaded for free on the vendor’s Web site.
