Opto 22 Gets Personal

Opto 22 (www.opto22.com), a Temecula, Calif., manufacturer of hardware and software products for industrial automation, remote monitoring, enterprise data acquisition and machine-to-machine applications, has launched my.Opto22.com, which allows customers, partners and other visitors to personalize their Opto 22 Web site experience.

As the latest addition to the new Opto 22 Web site, launched in November 2003, my.Opto22.com enables users to register on the site, and then create a personal profile and tailor the content they receive based on their occupation, job focus or product interests. Among other things, my.Opto22. com users can subscribe to and automatically receive notification of software upgrades, hardware revisions and newly available documentation such as data sheets, case studies and white papers. They can also can subscribe to the OptoNews e-mail newsletter, order OptoInfo CDs, place notifications on vacation hold and receive word of local events of interest.
