ProSys will begin actively selling the entire MAX APC Multi-variable Process Controller product line, which also includes the UPID 3.0 Process Identifier and Simulation Tool.

The MAX APC is the latest version of Dr. Cutler’s Matrix Algorithm, which has become the most popular in the world, since its introduction in 1985. Cutler’s APC products are field proven, patent protected and backwards compatible to easily use your existing controller’s model.

The Cutler APC Suite of software now has four, field proven products that are far ahead of any APC products sold today. First is MAX APC “CTC’s new Easy MPC Upgrade & Replacement Product.” This product takes the clients existing MPC type model and loads it into MAX APC with minimal setup needed. The results are a cutting edge MPC controller that runs up to 10 times faster, has an outstanding web interface, and additionally, a versatile data historian exporter that will stream data to the clients existing “process watch” software. MAX APC Easy Upgrade, like other MPC's, will feed live data to CTC’s Operator Advisor/Trainer/Plant Simulator.

Cutler's other new product offerings include patented Adaptive Predictive Control - MAX APC PV/SP. Using an exclusive PV Modeling technique, MAX APC can achieve results that are not possible with other MPC controllers available today. Users are now able to build a combination model, with a mixture of both PV Models and Set point models in the same controller. MAX SIM is the world's only OTS powered by the APC engine. UPID 3.0 is a patented Identification Package for building both Set point and PV Models.
