Apprion Names Jim Lynch as Director of Sales

Apprion, the leader of intelligent industrial applications and services, announced that Jim Lynch has joined the team as Director of Sales.

Apprion, the leader of intelligent industrial applications and services, announced that Jim Lynch has joined the team as Director of Sales. With extensive experience selling operational risk and asset data management software to large accounts in the North American oil and gas industry, Lynch brings to Apprion a strong enthusiasm for developing and managing complex customer relationships. Lynch will be responsible for new account development, customer management, and client relations.

“Jim joining the Apprion team comes at the perfect time. We are in a stage of accelerated growth and have been looking to expand our sales team with experienced executives to help us continue to grow our business,” said Apprion VP of Sales, Venkat Bahl. “Jim’s experience in senior sales for the petrochemical and oil and gas industries coupled with his experience of successfully executing sales strategies in times of hyper-growth makes Jim an excellent addition to our sales team.”

Prior to Apprion, Lynch was the Senior Account Executive at IHS Houston (formally Dyadem), where he was responsible for selling Operational Risk Management (ORM) software to asset intense industries. During his time there he launched Stature, an enterprise operational risk platform, which later contributed to Dyadem’s acquisition by IHS. Lynch has over 15 years of sales and leadership experience selling solutions in the Oil & Gas Industry and has worked for leading technology companies such as SAP America and SAS Institute.
