As a global provider of automation solutions to factory production and packaging areas, AutoCoding Systems has enjoyed significant growth in the US over the last 12 months.

To extend our reach further, and to support Sam Vail, US Director of Operations, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Erik Phillips as Director of Sales and Business Development for AutoCoding Systems LLC.

Erik has over 15 years’ experience in the Manufacturing industry filling a variety of positions at Nestlé as an End User, Apex as a System Integrator and Wonderware PacWest as an Account Executive. This broad experience has helped Erik become a knowledgeable and trusted advisor with customers and partners throughout the Pacific Northwest and California.

His primary work objective at AutoCoding Systems is to establish End User sales growth in our US market whilst developing a model for national sales team scalability.

Erik commented, “I’m very excited to be joining the global AutoCoding Systems’ team. I look forward to helping food manufacturing customers eliminate the risk of packaging and coding errors by introducing them to the AutoCoding suite of modular software products. Whether they require code assurance, packaging verification, data collection or device and system integration, AutoCoding Systems has a solution to meet specific requirements. To be part of an organisation that helps to ensure a food supply is safe, by being correctly packaged, coded and labelled will personally be very rewarding.”

Mike Hughes, Managing Director of AutoCoding Systems said, “Erik’s appointment further demonstrates our commitment to the US market. We feel there is extensive potential for our device integration and packaging verification solutions which has already been recognised by a number of major US food manufacturers, as well as our System Integration partners. We are anticipating double digit growth in the US over the next 12 months which will allow us to further invest in this important market.”
