Automate Standard Operating Procedures

Oct. 2, 2009
Catalyst xM software is designed to address the need for automated and standardized exception management within manufacturing operations.
Catalyst xM ensures compliance to standard operating procedures by automating critical event detection and responding with the execution of Action Plans. Action Plans are the logical sequence of actions manufacturers define to optimally respond to the occurrence of a critical event. Catalyst xM Action Plans are comprised of fully automated actions, logical elements, and user-driven actions so users can participate in Action Plans, as required, through an intuitive Web portal such as Microsoft SharePoint. Catalyst xM has been designed to integrate with a manufacturer’s existing equipment and systems in order to provide event detection and response automation, with open connectivity to a wide variety of equipment, devices, databases and communications and messaging protocols.
