Lenses Boost Vision Flexibility

July 6, 2009
The Inspector I20 FLEX vision sensor offers four different lens options to quickly alter the field of view based on the type of application.
The sensor includes interchangeable lenses and an I/O extension module with up to 16 outputs, suiting it well for inspecting nearly any high-speed application in the packaging industry. These additional outputs, along with the sensor’s ability to logically combine detailed inspection tools, provide improved confirmation on pass/fail inspections. The sensor’s flexibility allows for precise analysis of parts, regardless of the product’s angle or orientation, says the vendor. SICK Inc.www.sickusa.com952.941.6780
