Compact Industrial-grade Server

March 2, 2009
The IS-110 industrial-grade server broadens the vendor’s server product line—which includes the IS-100 and IS-200 products—and is also supported by the extended (five year) availability and revision control programs for the company’s industrial computing solutions.
The IS-110 is said to be unusually compact for the performance and flexibility it offers. Housed in a 1U chassis, the IS-110 is powered by either one or two Intel 64-bit Xeon dual core/quad core 1333/1068MHz FSB processors and up to 32GBytes of memory for optimum throughput, while flexible, high performance storage is provided by four 2.5-in. hot-swappable SAS/SATA drive bays and an optional DVD-ROM drive. Further configuration flexibility is provided by two full height, full length expansion slots and one low profile expansion slot.GE Fanuc Intelligent Platformswww.gefanuc.com800.GEFANUC
