Cost-effective Unshielded Transformers

Feb. 3, 2009
A line of unshielded general purpose distribution transformers are designed to equally mix value and performance for outstanding energy-efficiency in commercial, institutional and industrial facilities.
Using the same feature set as the vendor’s ET series of shielded low voltage dry-type distribution transformers, the unshielded transformers offer improved cost effectiveness and are fully compatible with the shielded ET units in most applications. Initial offerings include the eight most popular ET part numbers—ET2 and ET5 Series, 15kVA through 75 kVA. For outdoor use, the units can be outfitted with optional weather shields which meet UL-3R requirements. List pricing for the unshielded transformers starts at $2,783.50.SolaHDwww.SolaHD.com847.268.6000
