8-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch

July 1, 2008
The SL-8MG Ethernet switch, with 8 Gigabit ports for auto-sensing 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet links, features four flexible combination ports that offers both a copper RJ45 and pluggable fiber optic connector.
The 10/100/1000 RJ45 ports ensure a proper connection regardless of cable wiring. The fully managed switch supports all standard IEEE 802.3 protocols and offers real-time secure performance through RSTP for fast redundancy, SNMP for network management, VLAN for network segregation, and IGMP for multicast filtering.  Secure access through authentication and encryption is guaranteed with HTTPS (SSL and TLS), SSH, SNMPv3 and others. The switch offers store-and-forward wire-speed non-blocking switching technology,  supports 8192 MAC addresses and provides a 32Gbps back-plane. Sixnetwww.sixnetswitch.com518.877.5173
