The BradControl family of I/O modules adds EtherNet/IP to its list of supported protocols.
The modules are designed to provide a reliable solution for connecting industrial controllers communicating on industrial networks to I/O modules. Already supporting Modbus TCP (UDP), the 60mm-wide family of I/O modules operates as a slave device in the Ethernet control system, gathering signals and data from local field devices. The I/O module comes in an 8-port, 16-channel format with the availability of multiple I/O configurations supporting PNP and NPN input devices. Features include diagnostic LEDs, a built-in 2-port switch for network connections and a 4-digit display for addressing and status information. The I/O modules support connections using standard threaded M12 connectors or the push-to-lock Ultra-Locksystem for quick and simple connections to the I/O module and devices.Molex Inc. www.woodhead.com847.353.2646
