Compact Extended-range Sensors

Jan. 23, 2008
The vendor has incorporated its Uprox+ technology into its line of M8 miniature picoprox sensors to provide compact housings with sensing distances that far exceed ferrite core sensors, especially while sensing non-ferrous metals.

The sensors feature stainless steel housing and weld field immunity for use in harsh duty environments. The new M8 sensors are available with extended 2mm sensing ranges for flush mount versions or 6mm ranges for non-flush applications. All sensors are 3-wire DC, 10-30VDC, with PNP normally open or closed, or NPN normally open versions.
