The PackWorld modular, flexible concept for robotic packaging is now available with HP series “High-Performance” robots. The modular cell is designed to handle packaging applications that require low cost, high functionality and quick delivery.
Pre-engineered modules are integrated with the robot to achieve desired functionality and packaging throughput. Standard components include one or two high-speed, 6-axis robots, NX100 controller and menu-driven application software, and integrated gripper package, divider rack, powered conveyors, operator interface and total safety environment. PackWorld’s flexible add-on modules for customizing or upgrading system capabilities include: case erector; partition inserter; label printer/applicator; bar code reader; multiple product infeed conveyors; belt or two-strand conveyor; and off-line programming.
