The 786T combines the versatility of the vendor’s most popular accelerometer, the 786A, with temperature measurement capability useful for bearing monitoring.
“The 786T extends the life of bearings by measuring both vibration and temperature simultaneously. This, in turn, enables the plant manager to schedule preventive maintenance and planned downtime, saving time and money in costly and unexpected repairs,” says Steve Wichtendahl, vice president of sales and marketing at the vendor. The 786T is equipped with the R6GQ booted connector, allowing the accelerometer to be used even when exposed to dampness and harsh chemicals.
