The new software provides the ability to maintain equipment as mechanical conditions warrant, ensures that the precision of axes are maximized and pushes lower energy consumption for equipment running at optimum effectiveness. The new tool can notify a user of wear problems if defined tolerance thresholds are exceeded and these can be determined by users. And retrofitting is also an option. Other highlights include an active vibration damping and counteracting function in addition to the diagnostics.
