Ms. Ruffing is a marketing and communications professional with a proven track record in increasing market share and driving revenue growth through brand building and strategic marketing programs utilizing traditional and online media. She possesses in depth knowledge of all aspects of marketing and corporate communications management and strategy including lead generation, event planning, branding and corporate identity programs, multi-channel advertising and public relations.  She has expertise in competitive analysis, business development and CRM utilization.  Ruffing was also a former Adjunct Professor of Business Writing at William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ.
