The FM series from Advanced Motion Controls are equipped with an additional interface board that makes it easy to integrate into a system with standard connectors.
The small size of the FM drives makes them suitable for collaborative robots, automated guided vehicles, portable devices, lab and warehouse automation, military equipment, and other integrated design. The drives features small size of 50.8 x 25.4 x 26 mm (2 x 1 x 1.03 inches). Input voltage range is 10-55 VDC; output for the FM060-5-EM is 5 A continuous, 10 A peak; for the FM060-10-EM it is 10 A continuous, 20 A peak, and for the FM060-25-EM it is 25 A continuous, 50 A peak. All units have incremental encoder and BISS C-mode feedback, and can operate in torque, velocity, and position operating modes. The FM060-5-EM and FM060-10-EM are connected to the power supply and motor using screw terminals while the FM060-25-EM features pre-soldered connection leads. All units feature EtherCAT communication and work with three phase (brushless), single phase (brushed), AC induction, and stepper motors.
