Valve Position Sensor

April 1, 2005
As a valve position sensor that allows for direct connection to DeviceNet fieldbus networks, the Ni 4-DSU35-2DNETX5-H1150 is designed for use in harsh duty industrial environments.

Incorporating dual outputs, this inductive sensor is used in tandem with an actuation kit (puck) to monitor the position of rotary actuators. The Ni 4-DSU35-2DNETX5-H1150 sensor is DeviceNet compatible with standard M12 eurofast connections, optimizing communication in terms of speed for quick data exchange at the field level, and reducing connection costs. The sensor provides open and closed positions on most 90 degree actuators for direct valve control, and provides both a visual and electrical position indication.
