Key features of the NPM-GH include a mounting accuracy of ±15 µm, smaller and lighter mounting head for increased productivity, reaching 51,000 chips per hour, ultra-precise specification (±10 µm), and an enlarged operating screen with a user interface to reduce production errors and delays.
