Emerson Grows Portfolio Through Strategic Acquisition

Emerson will grow its portfolio through its acquisition of National Instruments.
Emerson purchased National Instruments in an acquisition valued at $8.2 billion, Control Design reported, with an expected closing date in the first half of 2024.
Through the transaction, Emerson will continue to expand its portfolio focused on high growth, cohesiveness and end-market diversification.
