We are pleased to release the Control Techniques Support Suite technical support ticketing platform to all our valued customers and end users. This will provide an updated and highly traceable request system for technical support needs directly with our Control Techniques staff engineers. In the coming weeks, we will discontinue our Technical Support email address and use only the new ticket system moving forward.
With the new ticketing system, our users will be provided with immediate acknowledgement of their technical support requests, and more thorough up-front information capture to make sure their needs are met accurately and quickly. By utilizing the Control Techniques Support Suite technical support ticketing platform, all requests will be visible to our entire engineering teams, including application engineers, designers, and service engineers in addition to our team of technical support staff. This will provide a more collaborative response to your needs, solving your problems with better service levels and accuracy than ever before.
When a request is created from the new online form, an email is immediately generated from Control Techniques Support Suite to the requestor with a unique ticket ID, along with a URL to review ticket responses and add more information. Whenever a user receives a response to their ticket request from our Control Techniques staff engineers, they will receive an email with the provided response information and can continue the dialog. We continue to look forward to serving our customers’ technical needs, and helping to make your machines come to life!
