NORD DRIVESYSTEMS Launches New Website to Better Serve Customers

Dec. 17, 2020
The NORD website has been comprehensively redesigned. With this new update, NORD DRIVESYSTEMS offers its customers an even more service-friendly and highly beneficial online experience.

Apart from the more contemporary and fresher look, the nord.com website has been developed into a centralized digital platform. The myNORD customer portal, spare parts shop, and the website are now merged into a one visual and functional unit. The website relaunch is a part of the NORD CONNECT 360 program that aims to make the purchase and procurement process even more efficient for customers and establishes an integrated and customer-oriented digitalization concept for the age of Industry 4.0. It allows for a smooth information transfer, harmonized processes, and the digital networking of internal and external actors. Valid information is now available 24/7 to customers worldwide. This also creates the preconditions for a deeper process integration with customers.

Also included in this update is a revamped documentation center with filtering capability to help customers easily find the catalogs, manuals, and literature they need. NORD has also reorganized their Solutions pages better tell the story of how NORD drives are used in various markets and industries around the world. This area also has a new Systems & Services area to feature product packages such as the LogiDrive complete drive solution and product kits, as well as services including condition monitoring for predictive maintenance, commissioning support, and our NORD-911 emergency breakdown service.

Visit the new website now at www.nord.com.
