WAGO’s New 221 Series Inline Splicing Connectors Provide Slimmer Design, Flexibility

Feb. 22, 2022

With all of the familiar advantages of the popular, lever-actuated 221 Series, WAGO expands the series with the new 221 Inline Splicing Connector. This connector allows universal conductor connection, a visibly secure conductor contact and comes with intuitive orange levers for a tool-free wiring experience for solid, stranded and fine-stranded conductors from 12-20 AWG.

Equipped with WAGO’s spring pressure, maintenance-free CAGE CLAMP® connection technology, the new Inline connectors offer the option of using additional adapters where multiple poles are required.  Whether with or without strain relief, the freedom of a highly modular and flexible connection is possible with a snap-in mounting foot, screw, adhesive, tie-on or suspended mounting and can be placed on a 15mm or 35mm DIN rail.
