Sercos International appointed Ilona Arnold as its new Marketing Manager as of November 1, 2012

Sercos International appointed Ilona Arnold as its new Marketing Manager as of November 1, 2012. In addition to e-mail marketing, events, media management, and public relations, her main tasks will be in the area of brand strategy and the expansion of global marketing activities.

Ilona Arnold gained many years of experience in marketing, PR, and lead management in various industries. For the previous 5 years, she was responsible for marketing at SDL Language Technologies, a market leader in the area of global information management technologies, with particular focus on the German-speaking markets. Before that she worked as a Marketing Program Manager for CoCreate Software GmbH, a former division of Hewlett-Packard (now PTC).

In addition to her expertise gained in IT industry, Ilona Arnold has over 10 years of experience in the industrial sector, having held positions such as Marketing Manager at Viessmann Ltd. in Great Britain, where she completed her Master of Business Administration parallel to this post.

“I am looking forward to the challenges of this exciting industry,” states Ilona Arnold. “Together with the members of the user organization, we will develop new cross-media approaches to continue to strengthen the sercos brand internationally.”
