EtherNet/IP Module For Packaging Controllers

May 9, 2007
The EtherNet/IP scanner module OM-NE was designed specifically to meet the requirements of machine builders in the U.S. market.
It allows the vendor’s PacDrive C600 and P600 controllers to serve as masters (networks scanners) on EtherNet/IP networks, to control I/O devices, connect HMI and communicate with management systems and communicate between machine controls on packaging lines. PacDrive automation controllers provide both motion and logic functions, eliminating the need for conventional PLCs or PACs. The self-contained hardware module is based on Hilscher’s netX communication processor and complements a software EtherNet/IP slave already available for all PacDrive automation controllers.Elau Inc.www.elau.com847.490.4720
