The IPW07TA3S-M1-PoE-PCT 7-inch PoE multi-touch conference room scheduling system uses projective capacitive touch technology and is powered by Texas Instrument's Sitara ARM Cortex-A8 microprocessor.
The unit comes preloaded with a choice of Linux, Android, or Windows Embedded Compact 7 OS, and the ability to customize a variety of third-party real-time operating systems for connecting to machine to machine, industrial, home and building automation applications. The commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) unit is a flexible, reliable, and ruggedized touch screen computers for open platform HMI/SCADA and is powered over Ethernet using PoE technology. It features an easy-to-clean, true flat front surface without bezel; two independent touch points; a design that eliminates dust and debris build-up at the edge and corners of the display; improved power efficiency and reduced consumption; response to a light touch to activate response and ruggedized levels of NEMA 12, NEMA 4, IP52, IP54, IP65 ratings.
